Dr. Duch specializes in treating pelvic health conditions across the lifespan, with a particular interest in nervous system regulation and bone health. She is also a yoga teacher who offers specialized pre- and postpartum classes, as well as physical therapy-informed vinyasa classes, both online and in person.
