My method is the ECA method. It stands for elongation, coordination, and acceleration. I start with hands-on techniques to reduce pain and change the nervous system. Then we coordinate your muscles and bodies with new motor patterns. Then I focus on functional training and incorporation of movement into daily life. You won’t get 20+ exercises from me.
