Kristin Kulakowski Nauta

Kristin Kulakowski Nauta PT, DPT, OCS, GCS is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and owner of a mobile physical therapy company called Home Body Physical Therapy. Kristin received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from California State University Long Beach. She is a nationally board-certified clinical specialist in Orthopedics and Geriatrics through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. She has a level 2 medical certification through the Titleist Performance Institute and is passionate about working with golfers to maximize their mobility and keep them on the golf course. Throughout her 10 years of practice, Kristin has worked with a variety of diagnoses pertaining to orthopedics, geriatrics, sports, chronic plain, and complex spine. Kristin is currently pursuing a PhD in Rehabilitation and Movement Science from Azusa Pacific University and is a part-time professor in Azusa Pacific University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program.
