About Lindsey Doan, Physical Therapist (she/her)
I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy and strength coach specializing in helping active adults, athletes, and everyday movers navigate pain, injury, and performance without separating “rehab” from “training.” My approach blends physical therapy, strength & conditioning, movement analysis, and long-term coaching to help you not only feel better, but actually rebuild capacity, confidence, and resilience. Whether you’re dealing with persistent pain, returning from injury, or trying to perform at a higher level, I focus on finding the right dosage, progression, and strategy for your goals and lifestyle. I work with lifters, runners, hikers, CrossFit/Hyrox athletes, and busy professionals who want more than quick fixes, passive treatments, or generic exercise sheets. Sessions are highly individualized and designed to help you understand your body, make sense of symptoms, and build a sustainable plan that fits real life. My philosophy is based around the concept that pain and injury don’t mean you need to stop, they just mean you need a better plan for YOU. Rehab should evolve into training, and training should support your body for life. Through in-person, remote, or hybrid coaching, my goal is to help you adapt, perform, and keep doing what matters most to you.
