Tenzin Choephel, PT, DPT is a licensed Physical Therapist and Health Coach dedicated to helping busy adults move better, feel stronger, and take control of their long-term health. With a strong belief in prevention and proactive care, Tenzin’s work bridges the gap between traditional healthcare and sustainable lifestyle-based wellness. Tenzin worked across nearly every major healthcare setting, including outpatient orthopedics, inpatient rehab, home health, and performance-based environments. Through this experience, he gained a firsthand understanding of the modern healthcare system—and a growing realization that disease management often takes priority over true prevention. Motivated to change this reactive model, Tenzin founded his own wellness and physical therapy practice in 2023, built on the principle that healthcare should focus on keeping people healthy, resilient, and independent—not just managing symptoms. As a Physical Therapist, Tenzin helps busy adults recover from injuries and chronic aches and pains using a holistic, evidence-based approach. His care goes beyond exercises alone, integrating movement optimization, nutrition guidance, sleep hygiene, and stress management to support full-body healing and long-term results. Tenzin also specializes as a Vestibular Physical Therapist (VR-AIB), working with individuals experiencing dizziness, vertigo, visual disturbances, imbalance, and vestibular disorders. In addition to physical therapy, Tenzin is a Health Coach who helps busy adults lose fat and improve metabolic health through objective data and compassionate coaching. Rather than relying on guesswork or extreme approaches, he uses measurable insights and sustainable strategies to guide clients toward lasting results—without burnout or restriction.
